2025 Season Review: Progress, Partnerships and Podiums for RABsport Racing
The 2025 season was a significant year for RABsport Racing, combining strong endurance racing results, new commercial partnerships and continued development of the team’s junior driver programme.
Competing across endurance racing and junior development categories, the team built momentum throughout the year while expanding its operations and preparing for an even bigger programme in 2026.
Endurance Racing Success
Endurance racing remained a central part of RABsport’s activities during 2025, with the team competing in multiple events within the C1 Endurance Series.
The championship is well known for its highly competitive grids, with large numbers of near-identical Citroën C1 cars creating intense wheel-to-wheel racing across endurance formats ranging from several hours to full 24-hour events.
Throughout the season the team continued to develop its endurance programme, focusing on reliability, driver consistency and strong pit operations to remain competitive against experienced teams across the championship.
Podium at the Race of Remembrance
One of the standout results of the season came at the prestigious Race of Remembrance, held at Anglesey Circuit.
Running the entry for Sunbelt Rentals UK, RABsport delivered an outstanding performance in one of the UK’s most respected endurance races. The event, which commemorates members of the armed forces, combines competitive racing with a unique atmosphere of remembrance.
Across the demanding race distance the team ran consistently at the front of the field, ultimately securing an impressive P2 finish, marking one of the highlights of the team’s season.
International Success in Portugal
RABsport also enjoyed success on the international stage during 2025 through a collaboration with JL Motorsport.
Competing under the JLM by RABsport banner at the C1 Eurocup 24 Hours of Portimão, the team delivered an exceptional performance at the spectacular Autódromo Internacional do Algarve.
After securing overall pole position in qualifying, the team maintained strong pace and consistency throughout the full 24-hour race. At the chequered flag the result was 3rd place overall and P1 in the UK Class, representing a major international success for the collaboration.
New Partnerships
The 2025 season also saw RABsport establish a new working relationship with CAT Driver Training, further strengthening the team’s connections within the motorsport and driver development community.
Partnerships such as these play an important role in supporting the team’s activities both on and off the circuit, contributing to the continued growth of the RABsport programme.
Developing the Next Generation
Alongside its endurance racing programme, RABsport also continued to expand its junior driver development activities within the Ginetta Junior Championship.
The championship provides one of the most competitive entry points into circuit racing for drivers graduating from karting, racing the Ginetta G40 Junior Evo.
Throughout the year the team ran testing programmes and development sessions aimed at preparing young drivers for the transition from karting to cars — an increasingly important part of the team’s long-term vision.
Looking Ahead
With podium finishes, international success and new partnerships formed throughout the season, 2025 represented another important step forward for RABsport Racing.
The experience gained across endurance racing and junior development programmes has helped lay the foundation for a larger programme in 2026, with further testing, driver announcements and racing plans already underway.
The team now looks ahead to the next chapter with confidence as preparations continue for the upcoming season.
